Amazing Brands - Low Key Brands Collage

Amazing Brands all started back in 2008 when our founder, Stephen Siegel, decided to take a shot at the hospitality world and bought his first hotel & casino — the iconic Gold Spike in Downtown Las Vegas. It didn’t take long for him to shake things up. He purchased the motel next door, built a pool, connected the two properties, and added more rooms and amenities. He also revamped the casino floor, added a full sports bar, a pizza shop, and the Golden Grill, which became famous for serving up hundreds of $6.99 Prime Rib specials every single day.

From there, it was off to the mountains. Siegel picked up the struggling Resort on Mount Charleston, a classic lodge tucked high above Las Vegas. With a little vision (and a lot of hard work), he transformed it into a must-visit getaway with upgraded rooms, a full gaming bar, a cozy restaurant, and event spaces that hosted everything from weddings to Murder Mystery Dinners to huge holiday feasts.

Next came the Artisan Hotel Boutique in 2009 — a one-of-a-kind spot that quickly became the place to be for themed hotel rooms, exclusive topless pool parties (yep, that’s legal… and rare), Vegas’ most popular after-hours nightclub, multiple bars, a chic restaurant, a wedding chapel, and even the option to rent out the whole hotel for the ultimate private party — which was wildly successful.

In 2010, Siegel purchased the closed St. Tropez Hotel and turned it into the Rumor Boutique Hotel, where Palm Springs meets Miami Beach vibes. The reimagined property came complete with stylish designer suites, a restaurant, bars, slot machines, meeting spaces, pools, and a lush resort-style courtyard that quickly became famous for its over-the-top parties and private buyouts.

After reshaping the boutique hotel scene in Las Vegas, Siegel turned his full attention to the world of food — and never looked back.

In 2018, he brought one of Las Vegas’ most iconic spots back to life: Bagelmania, the classic Jewish deli locals – and the who’s who of Vegas – had loved since 1989. Inspired by his childhood visits to legendary L.A. delis, Siegel completely reimagined the brand, opening the all-new Siegel’s Bagelmania, a 10,000-square-foot showstopper on Convention Center Drive, next store to the new Convention Center . It blends retro charm with modern flair, serving up bagels, deli favorites, and that old-school, family-friendly vibe. Bagelmania quickly expanded into Harry Reid International Airport in 2020, with more locations (hello, Summerlin 2025) on the way.

But we weren’t done yet…

Also in 2018, Siegel fell in love with another Las Vegas original — Pinkbox Doughnuts. After years of persuading, the original founder finally sold the two shop brand to Siegel, and the rest is history. Since then, Pinkbox has exploded into a craveable, unforgettable brand loved not just by locals, but by doughnut fans all over the country. It’s where your imagination runs wild — from witty marketing to giant glass display cases packed with the most delicious, over-the-top doughnuts you’ve ever seen, all inside eye-catching shops that instantly make you say, “WOW!” — and yes, the crowds flowing out the door prove it.

As of 2025, Pinkbox has grown to 14 locations with several addition locations under construction across Nevada and Utah — with plans to spread the fun (and the doughnuts) across the globe and become a household name.

Pieros Low Key Story

In 2025, Amazing Brands welcomed one of Las Vegas’ most treasured restaurants into the family: Piero’s Italian Cuisine. Founded in 1982 by Freddie Glusman, Piero’s is renowned for its authentic Italian dining, old-school Vegas atmosphere, and star-studded clientele—including U.S. Presidents, Senators, Hollywood celebrities, sports legends, hotel owners, and Las Vegas power players.

Located directly across from the Las Vegas Convention Center, Piero’s has been a dining institution for over four decades, even serving as a filming location for Martin Scorsese’s Casino. Its guest list includes George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Frank Sinatra, Jerry Lewis, Michael Jordan, and countless others. The restaurant is also known for its Las Vegas Mob history, adding a unique layer of intrigue to its already rich and colorful legacy.

Guests return time and again for the unforgettable cuisine, featuring signature dishes like the Garbage Caesar Salad, Osso Buco, Veal Chop Parmesan, Prime Steaks, Stone Crab & Fresh Seafood, and house-made pastas – all best enjoyed with one of Piero’s world-class martinis.
